PROJECT MANAGER

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead the setup and operations of our new Development Centre in Iloilo. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on leader who can build high-performing teams and ensure the successful delivery of software solutions and services for global clients.

Qualifications/Requirements: Required: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field. 5–10 years of experience in managing software development or service delivery teams (10+ FTEs). Strong leadership and team-building experience. Proven track record in hiring, mentoring, and retaining technical teams. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and QA processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in business English. Willing to work shifting schedules aligned with UK business hours.
