About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our technology team and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of functionality, reliability, performance, and user experience.

As a QA Engineer, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, and other teams throughout the software development lifecycle. You will be responsible for identifying defects, validating product functionality, developing test plans, and ensuring that products released to customers meet defined quality standards.

What you will do

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios. Conduct functional, regression, integration, system, and usability testing. Identify, document, track, and verify software defects. Collaborate with developers and product teams to investigate and resolve issues. Test new features and product enhancements before release. Participate in requirements and product review sessions to identify potential quality issues early. Maintain comprehensive testing documentation and reports. Perform regression testing following bug fixes and product changes. Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, standards, and methodologies. Where applicable, develop and maintain automated tests. Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure that products meet business requirements and expected customer experience.

What We Are Looking For

3+ years of experience in software quality assurance/testing. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle. Experience writing detailed test cases and test scenarios. Experience with API testing and tools such as Postman is an advantage. Familiarity with bug-tracking and project-management tools. Experience with web and/or mobile application testing. Understanding of regression, integration, functional, and usability testing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with automated testing tools/frameworks is an advantage
