Job Summary You will prepare coffee and tea using traditional sock-filter methods, toast bread, and cook eggs to support daily food service operations at a traditional aircon food shop. Responsibilities Prepare coffee using traditional sock-filter methods to ensure authentic taste and quality Brew tea using traditional sock-filter techniques to maintain consistent flavor Toast bread to desired doneness for customer orders Cook eggs according to standard recipes to meet customer expectations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food preparation area during shifts Work efficiently within a 6-hour shift from 9am to 3pm, six days per week Other Information Location: Next to SIGLAP CENTRE along East Coast Road Working hours: 9am to 3pm (6 hours with breaks). 6 days per week. Salary: $1800 - $2000 per month
