Air Import Supervisor

We are working with a smaller forwarder who are looking to recruit Airfreight Import Supervisor

Role specification

• Solid freight forwarding experience in air imports
• Familiarity with handling air movements from start to finish.

Strong Customs / CDS experience, and customs compliance.

• Experience of managing client/customer and carrier relationships with strong verbal and written

communication.

• Experience of overseeing staff in a busy environment whilst retaining the capacity to remain calm

under pressure and can motivate and develop people.

• The ability to prioritise many tasks to ensure accuracy and deliver results with great attention to

detail and a high sense of urgency.

• Strong work ethic
• A ‘can do’ attitude is applied with all communications
• Good IT skills including freight systems.

The hours are 9-5.30 Monday to Friday Salary depends on experience
