Production Manager (SamutSakhon Plant)

• Lead and manage daily production operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Develop and implement production plans that optimize manpower, machinery, materials, and production capacity.
• Monitor production performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality assurance, GMP, HACCP, ISO, and company standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Analyze production data, identify operational issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage production budgets, resource utilization, and operational costs to achieve business objectives.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and operational excellence initiatives to reduce waste and improve process efficiency.
• Develop, coach, and motivate production teams to build a high-performance culture and strengthen leadership capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and promote a strong safety culture across all production areas.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Food Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3-5 years in a Production Manager or equivalent leadership role. Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, beverage, or consumer goods industries is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, food safety standards, and quality management systems. Strong leadership and people management skills with experience leading large production teams. Ability to analyze production data and drive performance improvements. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; SAP experience is an advantage.
