•Operate and monitor AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) machines during production. •Set up, adjust, and optimize AOI programs for different product models. •Perform machine calibration, debugging, and parameter adjustments. •Troubleshoot AOI equipment and resolve machine alarms or inspection issues. •Analyze false calls (False Rejects/False Accepts) and optimize inspection accuracy. •Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to improve inspection performance. •Perform routine maintenance and support preventive maintenance activities. •Verify inspection results and ensure compliance with quality standards. •Record machine performance, downtime, and inspection data. •Support new product introduction (NPI) by creating and validating AOI inspection programs. •Train operators on AOI machine operation and basic troubleshooting. •Ensure compliance with safety regulations, SOPs, and 5S requirements.
