R&D (Food Coating)

•Lead the development and formulation of new products in alignment with customer requirements, market trends, legislative standards, and food safety regulations, in collaboration with Sales and Marketing. •Maintain and grow the existing business through formula optimization (cost and quality), product range extensions, and evaluation of alternative raw materials to reduce complexity. •Collaborate closely with Sales and customers to define product standards and deliver commercially viable, marketable solutions. •Participate in and support production trials (internal and at customer sites), providing technical assistance to resolve ongoing issues. •Manage product data and documentation using R&B systems (e.g., RBApps, SAP), ensuring accurate and timely commercialization processes. •Build strong relationships with assigned customers to understand their technical, operational, and regulatory requirements; conduct product presentations, workshops, and training sessions. •Monitor market and technical trends and contribute to the technical network by sharing expertise and best practices. •Coordinate with Production and Supply Chain to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met. •Support the development of junior team members and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field, or equivalent qualifications. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Flavour, Coating, and Marinate Technology within a multinational company, with exposure to international customers. Experience in protein processing or related areas. Good command of English and strong computer literacy. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels. Willingness and flexibility to travel nationwide, including extended travel and working hours when required. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prepare accurate information and documentation.
