About the company
Overview We?re looking for a warm, driven, and sales-focused Sales Associate to join our team at F45 / FS8 Streetsville. In this role, you?ll be a key part of both the member experience and sales process, creating a welcoming environment while helping new trial members transition into long-term memberships.
Your tasks
While most of our leads and trials come through our external marketing partner, you?ll play an important role in converting those opportunities into memberships. From building relationships and following up with prospects to presenting membership options and closing sales, you?ll help drive studio growth while delivering an exceptional member experience.
- Greet members and guests, creating a friendly, energetic, and professional first impression.
- Assist walk-ins and new trial members with setting up accounts, scheduling their first class, and feeling confident before they train.
- Build strong relationships with trial members, understand their fitness goals, and help them find the right membership options.
- Present membership pricing, explain available packages, and confidently guide prospective members through the sales process.
- Take initiative in identifying sales opportunities, overcoming objections, and helping prospective members make informed decisions.
- Work collaboratively with studio management to achieve membership sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain the front desk area and studio lobby to the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Support coaches with studio cleanliness and member engagement.
- Handle administrative tasks such as check-ins, billing inquiries, and other member or lead inquiries
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or front desk roles (fitness or boutique studio experience preferred).
- Sales-driven mindset with confidence in presenting pricing, handling objections, and closing sales.
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships and connect with people.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working toward sales goals while maintaining a positive member experience.
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Passionate about fitness, community, and helping others achieve their goals.
- Availability in the evenings and weekends.
