About the company
DKS is the content production arm of Expo AV, creating video, motion, and interactive content for brands, live events, and experiential projects. Our work runs from broadcast-quality video to LED walls, holograms, and large-scale event screens.
Your tasks
We're looking for a Motion Graphics Designer who can take a brief from concept to polished delivery. You'll design and animate for brand campaigns, event visuals, and screen content, working collaboratively with our creative director, art director, and animators.
- Design and animate motion graphics, titles, and visuals in After Effects.
- Develop storyboards, style frames, and animatics from creative briefs.
- Create content for unconventional formats (LED walls, projection, multi-screen setups).
- Build 3D elements and integrate them into motion pieces.
- Prepare and optimize files for delivery across broadcast, digital, and live event specs.
- Collaborate with the creative team and take feedback through multiple rounds.
- Manage your own timelines and deliver on tight turnarounds.
Requirements
Must have
- Strong, demonstrable After Effects skills (expressions, rigging, compositing, and advanced animation).
- Solid design fundamentals: typography, layout, color, composition, and pacing.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
- A portfolio that shows both strong design and smooth, intentional animation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under deadlines.
Nice to have
- 3D software experience (Cinema 4D, 3D Max, Blender, or similar), with rendering engines like Redshift or Octane.
- Experience with Substance, Houdini, or Unreal Engine.
- Experience designing for LED, projection, or live event environments.
- Basic video editing and sound sync skills.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools in a creative workflow.
- A well-rounded designer who is equally comfortable with the creative idea and the technical execution.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong eye for timing and polish.
- Curious and open to learning new tools and techniques.
- Clear communicator who takes feedback well.
