BUILDING INFORMATION MODELLING (BIM) TECHNICIAN

Responsible for the preparation of project drafting plan and deliverables with project engineer Familiar with BIM execution plan, requirements, process and workflow. Manage the drafting resources to meet the project timelines Develop team performance through capability development and specific/constructive feedback Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English. Prepare and/or assist in BIM implementation, standards, modelling workflow & methodologies. Develops BIM capability and capacity for Architecture, Structures, MEP, 4D Scheduling, Clash Detection and Construction Planning. Liaises with clients, consultants, suppliers and in-house team on the implementation of BIM.
