Senior Application Engineer (HSD + Photonics)

Overview We are looking for an experienced High-Speed Digital & Optical Solutions Engineer to support customers across AI data centre, semiconductor, optical networking and high-speed interconnect technologies. Responsibilities Act as the technical expert for high-speed digital, optical communications and signal integrity. Support customers on validation and test solutions for 400G/800G/1.6T, SerDes, PCIe, Ethernet, InfiniBand, Silicon Photonics and CXL. Perform and advise on jitter, eye diagram, BER, signal integrity and compliance testing. Support customer evaluations, POCs, technical demonstrations and design wins. Work closely with Sales, Product Management and R&D on customer requirements and market trends. Requirements Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Photonics, Physics or related field. 5+ years in applications engineering, validation, test engineering or solution development. Strong knowledge of PAM4, NRZ, SerDes, signal integrity, jitter and BER. Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, DCA, BERT, VNA and optical test equipment. Experience with optical transceivers such as QSFP-DD and OSFP. Strong customer-facing and technical consulting skills.
