Office location: Tuas We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of electrical system projects in Singapore, with a strong focus on hands-on project delivery, customer coordination, and execution across equipment such as transformers, switchgear and related electrical systems. Job Description Lead the implementation of electrical system projects from planning through installation, commissioning, customer acceptance and project close-out. Manage project scope, schedule, resources, cost, invoicing, cash flow, risks and overall delivery to ensure projects meet contractual, quality and financial requirements. Coordinate the installation and delivery of electrical equipment such as transformers, switchgear, cables and other related systems at customer sites. Engage and manage external suppliers, logistics providers, installation subcontractors and other project partners required for successful project execution. Support procurement activities, supplier coordination, project changes, claims and contract-related matters. Act as the key customer contact and escalation point throughout project delivery, maintaining strong relationships with customers and other external stakeholders. Work independently to manage multiple projects concurrently, with project values ranging from smaller equipment installations to multi-million-dollar electrical system projects. Support the sales team during tendering and pre-sales activities by providing technical input, cost information, product pricing support and project implementation considerations. Ensure all project activities comply with applicable health, safety and environmental requirements.

Requirements Degree in Electrical Engineering; a specialization in Electrical Power Engineering is highly preferred. At least  5 years  of hands-on experience  implementing electrical system projects . Strong practical experience  managing electrical project implementation , including site installation and delivery activities. Good working  knowledge of electrical systems and products , ideally including transformers, switchgear, cables and related power distribution equipment. Proven ability to independently run projects and coordinate customers, suppliers, subcontractors, logistics providers and other external resources. Experience managing project schedules, costs, risks, procurement, variations/claims and project close-out. Strong customer-facing, coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a project-driven environment. Existing network or familiarity with electrical installation subcontractors, suppliers and other project resources in Singapore is highly advantageous. Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
