Paylogic Platform Amsterdam or Groningen | Full-time

At EVENTIM , we build the technology behind some of Europe’s biggest live events and festivals. Millions of fans rely on our Paylogic platform every year, from joining high-demand queues to buying tickets for their favourite artists.

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager who can bring clarity, structure and momentum to complex product initiatives.

For us, finding the right person is more important than choosing one fixed location. You can be based in either our Amsterdam or Groningen office and will work closely with Product, Engineering, Operational IT and business teams across both locations.

Paylogic is part of EVENTIM, Europe’s largest ticketing and live entertainment company and the world’s number two ticketing provider. Our clients range from Tomorrowland and André Rieu to Comic Con and Zoute Grand Prix.

Your impact In this role, you’ll take ownership of larger product initiatives that involve multiple teams, stakeholders and parts of the Paylogic platform.

You’ll turn complex challenges into clear priorities and practical product direction. By bringing the right people together, asking the right questions and keeping decisions moving, you’ll help initiatives progress from discovery through to rollout and optimisation.

You’ll also help strengthen the wider Product team. Rather than coaching from the sidelines, you’ll work closely with other Product Managers, review requirements, challenge priorities and share feedback throughout projects.

What you’ll do Lead complex product initiatives from discovery to rollout

Translate customer, business and technical needs into clear product direction

Keep cross-functional initiatives moving and resolve blockers

Review requirements, scope and priorities with other Product Managers

Support other Product Managers through collaboration and feedback

Improve the quality and operational effectiveness of the Product team

Measure results after rollout and use insights to improve

In a typical week, you might interview stakeholders, explore a product challenge with Engineering, align priorities between teams, review another Product Manager’s requirements and prepare the next steps for an upcoming rollout.

What you bring At least 5 years of Product Management experience within SaaS, software, e-commerce or another digital product environment

A completed bachelor’s degree

Experience leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

A solid understanding of product discovery, requirements, roadmap planning, prioritisation, testing, rollout and optimisation

The ability to bring structure to ambiguity and make pragmatic decisions

Confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

A hands-on mentality and strong sense of ownership

Fluent English communication skills

You’ll probably enjoy this role if you like balancing product thinking with practical execution

get energy from bringing structure to complex challenges

enjoy working closely with engineers and business stakeholders

are comfortable challenging ideas and making trade-offs

want to make a visible impact in the live entertainment industry

enjoy seeing your ideas come to life

like helping colleagues improve through collaboration

prefer ownership, openness and impact over hierarchy

Our Product culture Our Product team is fast-paced, collaborative and open. We work across teams and locations, share feedback freely and believe the best solutions are created together.

You’ll work with Product leadership, other Product Managers, Engineering, Operational IT and teams such as Client Success, Customer Service, Event Services, Finance and Business Development.

We’re an international team with plenty of energy, curiosity and ambition. There is room to challenge existing ways of working and help us improve how we build products together.

What you’ll get A salary that aligns with your experience

27 vacation days and travel reimbursement

A spot in our Amsterdam or Groningen office

Hybrid working, with up to two remote-working days per week after onboarding

A remote-working budget of €250,- and laptop of your choice

Career development support through coaching and training, access to our learning partner GoodHabitz

Mental health support through OpenUp

Access to the events we support

Monthly team events and company parties

Team lunches, Friday drinks and an international group of colleagues

Why EVENTIM? You’ll work on products used by millions of fans and by some of the largest names in live entertainment.

The scale is serious, the challenges are varied and the impact of your work is visible. You’ll have the opportunity to lead important initiatives, strengthen the Product team and help shape how we work across Amsterdam and Groningen.

If you’re looking for a senior product role where you can combine ownership, collaboration and hands-on execution, we’d love to hear from you.
