TRAINING SPECIALIST

Job Summary: We are looking for a Sales Trainer who will be responsible for training, coaching, and developing our sales team to improve their product knowledge, selling skills, customer service, and overall sales performance.

Qualifications/Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Education, or a related field is preferred. At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, sales training, coaching, or a related role. Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer service. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Confident in conducting training sessions and speaking in front of groups. Good leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Organized, proactive, and results-oriented. Willing to travel or conduct field training when required. Experience in eBike, automotive, motorcycle, retail, or similar industries is an advantage.
