Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage daily tour and travel operations. Coordinate bookings, itineraries, transportation, accommodation, and tour logistics. Supervise operations staff and service providers. Ensure smooth delivery of travel and tour packages. Handle operational challenges and resolve customer issues promptly. Monitor service quality, costs, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

HND in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years' experience in travel/tourism operations. Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of travel operations and customer service.
