Bookkeeper

THE ROLE  

As our  Bookkeeper ,  you’ll  own the financial records the firm runs on—managing the general ledger, reconciling accounts, administering payables and receivables, and tracking expenses across a high volume of active cases. The standard is simple to say and hard to  do:   accurate , current, and audit-ready  at all times .  

This is a role with real ownership and real stakes.  You’ll  report to our Chief Financial Officer,  work day  to day with our Finance team, and help safeguard the client trust accounts that carry zero tolerance for error—because state bar rules demand  it  and our clients deserve it.
