Online Category Manager

we're looking for a commercially driven Online Category Manager to own and grow our Fashion category. This is not a traditional buying role.

What You Will Own: Own the online P&L across Fashion.

Drive Net Revenue, Gross Margin & Contribution Margin.

Develop and expand the supplier and brand portfolio.

Lead supplier negotiations across pricing, replenishment, returns, exclusivity & commercial support.

Build and optimize the category assortment and product range.

Manage the complete product lifecycle from launch to clearance.

Develop pricing, promotions, bundles and basket-growth initiatives.

Own online category merchandising and navigation.

Monitor competitors, market trends and customer demand.

identify opportunities for new brands, exclusive ranges and strategic supplier partnerships.

Manage category performance through a clear commercial scorecard.

What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience in Category Management, Commercial Management, Buying or Merchandising

Strong experience in Fashion, Footwear, Beauty or Multi-Category Retail

Proven experience in E-Commerce / Online Commercial environments

Strong P&L and margin ownership experience

Excellent supplier negotiation and commercial skills

Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel / E-Commerce reporting capabilities

Strong understanding of the Egyptian fashion market, seasonal demand and competitive landscape

Experience with Consignment, Back-to-Back or Drop-Ship models is a strong advantage

Highly commercial, analytical, detail-oriented and results-driven mindset
