Talent Acquisition Specialist – Construction Field - Females Only

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.

Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability.

Recruit for construction-related positions such as engineers, site staff, supervisors, foremen, skilled workers, and other technical roles.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.

Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment

1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Construction industry experience is a MUST.

Good understanding of construction-related positions and technical profiles.

Experience sourcing candidates for engineering, site, technical, and skilled-worker roles is highly preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
