#Job Description:
- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory HSE requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification activities.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Develop corrective and preventive action plans.
- Monitor workplace safety performance and recommend improvements.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permits.
- Monitor waste management, emissions, and environmental impact.
- Develop environmental sustainability initiatives.
- Lead environmental audits and inspections.
- Design and deliver HSE training programs.
- Conduct safety inductions for new employees and contractors.
- Promote safety awareness campaigns and behavioral safety programs.
- Develop emergency response and evacuation plans.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Coordinate internal and external HSE audits.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory reports.
- Lead and develop the HSE team.
- Prepare monthly HSE reports and KPI dashboards.
- Present HSE performance to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
#Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory).
- NEBOSH Diploma (Preferred).
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification (Preferred).
- ISO 14001 Certification (Preferred).
#Experience
- 10–15 years of HSE experience.
- Minimum 3years in a managerial role.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, FMCG, Industrial, or Agriculture sectors.
- Strong experience with audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
