General Manager – Fit-Out & Industrial Operations

Industrial & Factory Management: Oversee and optimize the operations, production schedules, and quality standards of the specialized factories ( Wood, Aluminum, and Wrought Iron ). Project & Fit-Out Delivery: Lead the technical and administrative execution of general fit-out and construction projects from inception to completion. Technical & Administrative Leadership: Manage technical offices, engineering functions, contract administration, claims, and overall operational workflows. B2B Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, high-level relationships with major general contracting companies , consultants, and key developers. Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control operational and production costs, and drive profitability across all divisions. Team Restructuring & Development: Structure internal teams, define clear operational matrices, and mentor senior department heads.

Proven track record in the direct management of Wood, Aluminum, and Wrought Iron factories . Strong background in managing commercial relationships and contracts with General Contracting firms . Exceptional expertise in both technical administration and multi-project coordination under pressure. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Architecture, or a related discipline).
