ID - Sourcing Executive

Job Descriptions:

• Oversee procurement of MRO and non-MRO products (Spare parts, Machines, Tools, Service Maintenance, Pantry items, Office supplies, IT equipment, agricultural tools, electronics, etc.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure the best terms
• Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of goods
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand and meet their purchasing needs

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2-3 years experience in purchasing MRO or non-MRO products
• In-depth understanding of the procurement process (Sourcing, Negotiation, Delivery Schedule)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines
• Team player who can also work independently
