Working location: East

Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30AM to 5:30pm)

TRAINING PROVIDED

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers during tendering.
• Carry out quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimations for projects.
• Evaluate quotations and prepare costing comparisons for tender submissions.
• Assist in preparing subcontract documents and procurement schedules.
• Monitor project costs and maintain project records and documentation.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams on project-related matters.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and project cost summaries.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in quantity surveying, tendering, estimation, procurement, or construction projects will be advantageous.
• Candidates without or with lesser experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
