Kitchen Assistant Wanted – Join Our Family-Owned Dumpling Restaurant

We are a small, family-owned restaurant specializing in handmade dumplings, with a strong focus on quality, fresh ingredients, and authentic flavors. We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to become part of our friendly team.

About the Role

You will work closely with us in the kitchen, helping with the day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing fresh ingredients
• Assisting with food preparation, including folding handmade dumplings
• Washing dishes and keeping workstations clean
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen

If you are comfortable interacting with customers and helping with front-of-house duties when needed, that is a bonus—but it is not required.

• Is reliable and takes responsibility for their work
• Enjoys working as part of a small, close-knit team
• Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
• Previous kitchen experience is an advantage, but not essential—we are happy to provide training
