Design Engineer/Design Engineer supervisor/After Service Engineer

• Design and develop glass products, insulated glass units (IGU), door frames, and related components according to customer specifications.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, BOM, and engineering documentation.
• Modify existing designs based on customer feedback and production improvements.
• Work closely with the Sales team during technical discussions with customers.
• Review customer drawings and specifications.
• Provide technical solutions to improve product performance and reduce production cost.
• Visit customer sites to investigate product issues, installation concerns, and field performance.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for product failures.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with internal departments.
• Improve product design for manufacturability (DFM).
• Improve product reliability and performance.
• Reduce production cost through value engineering.

Additional Responsibilities (Supervisor)

• Lead and coach the Design Engineering team.
• Assign engineering projects and monitor progress.
• Review and approve engineering drawings.
• Develop engineering standards and design guidelines.
• Support department KPI achievement.
• Coordinate with overseas customers and suppliers.
• Drive continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering,Electrical Engineering, or related field. (Supervisor) Minimum 5 years of design engineering experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role. (Engineer) Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience. Experience in glass products, refrigeration components, metal fabrication,aluminum profiles, or related manufacturing industries is preferred. Good understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings. Able to travel to customer sites. Good command of English. Can use AutoCAD/SolidWorks / Inventor / Creo (preferred) Know Engineering Change Management (ECN/ECR) Know Root Cause Analysis (8D, Fishbone, 5 Why)
