Meħtieġ:JavaScriptPythonJavaC#RubyGitDockerBackendSeniorRemoteHybrid
Start your career on a real production backend. You’ll ship code in your first month, paired with a senior mentor who reviews your work and helps you grow.
What you’ll do
- Build small features and fix bugs in our Rails app, then in our Go services.
- Write tests for everything you ship.
- Read logs and metrics, and help investigate production issues.
- Get your code reviewed, and start reviewing others’ code as you grow.
- Write down what you learn so the next new joiner gets there faster.
Your first 6 months
- Month 1: Your first change is live in production.
- Month 3: You own a small feature from design to release.
- Month 6: You shadow the on-call rotation.
