Your tasks

We are expanding our Armenia-based team and looking for experienced Truck Dispatchers who have hands-on experience in the U.S. trucking industry (Dry Vans, Reefers, Flatbeds, Hotshots). If you’re tired of chaotic operations and want a serious, long-term opportunity, this is it.

• Booking loads and negotiating rates with brokers /shippers
• Coordinate and schedule freight pickup and deliveries
• Monitor driver routes and ensure on-time pickup and deliveries
• Maintain communication with brokers and drivers
• Handle paperwork and compliance requirements
• Address and solve issues that arise during transit

Requirements

• Previous experience in trucking industry
• Excellent English knowledge, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
