Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition and People Development
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques (with Behavioral Event Interview/BEI skills)
• Proven experience developing employee engagement or employee development programs
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AI, with the ability to create engaging learning materials
• Able to work independently, stay organized, and conduct regular program monitoring
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering efficient and effective recruitment outcomes

Job Description:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting, candidate sourcing, and resume screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment priorities
• Manage employee training & development needs and coordinate relevant training programs.
• Manage employee career development and talent management initiatives.
• Develop employee engagement initiatives and company culture initiatives.
• Support employee relations, concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary matters professionally and confidentially.
