Job Summary Lead, supervise, and coordinate site works to ensure contracted projects meet requirements and deadlines. Resolve worksite issues promptly and enforce safety regulations for workers and contractors. Responsibilities Lead and supervise site works to ensure efficient project execution Coordinate with project managers to meet contractual requirements and target dates Resolve worksite issues quickly and effectively to maintain progress Enforce adherence to all safety regulations among workers and contractors Communicate and liaise with customers and main contractors to facilitate smooth operations Required competencies and certifications experience in construction or roofing industry Possess BCSS certification Hold a Certificate in lifting supervision Preferred competencies and qualifications Ability to communicate effectively in English and liaise with customers and main contractors (moved here as communication skill supports duties but is not a mandated certification)
