Senior Merchandiser

DICE Group | Senior Merchandiser ???? Location: Gesr El Suez, Cairo About the Role DICE Group is looking for an experienced Senior Merchandiser to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, overseeing the end-to-end order execution process, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage and follow up on customer orders from product development through production and final shipment.

Serve as a key point of contact with customers regarding orders, approvals, delivery schedules, and requirements.

Coordinate with Production, Planning, Sourcing, Quality, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth order execution.

Follow up with suppliers to ensure the timely availability of fabrics, trims, and accessories.

Manage product development activities, including sample follow-up, approvals, and customer feedback.

Monitor production progress and proactively address potential delays or issues affecting delivery timelines.

Ensure orders are delivered according to customer requirements and agreed timelines.

Prepare and maintain accurate order tracking reports, forecasts, and relevant documentation.

Support the resolution of customer and production-related issues.

Provide regular updates to management regarding order status, potential risks, and delivery commitments.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Merchandising , preferably within the garment or textile manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, product development, fabrics, trims, and accessories.

Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and follow-up skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Strong customer management and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and orders while working effectively under pressure.
