Business Development Manager - Chinese Business CommunityAre you a commercially driven professional who is fluent in Mandarin and has a strong understanding of Chinese business culture? Do you enjoy building relationships, identifying new opportunities and helping international businesses grow? Then this could be your next challenge.As more Chinese companies choose the Netherlands as their European gateway, DHL Express is strengthening its commercial focus on this fast-growing market. As Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our presence within the Chinese business community in the Netherlands.Working closely with colleagues across Europe and the Netherlands, you will identify new business opportunities, build long-term customer relationships and position DHL Express as the preferred logistics partner for Chinese companies operating in or expanding to the Netherlands.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the Chinese business community in the Netherlands, leveraging your own network, market intelligence, internal data, industry events, business associations and other relevant sources.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on attracting Chinese companies that are establishing or expanding their presence in the Netherlands.
- Understand customers' business models, supply chains and growth ambitions, translating these into tailored DHL Express logistics solutions and broader opportunities across DHL Business Units where relevant.
