• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or a related field.
• With 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction, engineering, or project coordination.
• Knowledgeable in construction processes, project planning, and project lifecycle.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and technical documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management and tracking tools (e.g., MS Project) is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of cost monitoring, procurement, material management, and quantity estimation.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of solving problems.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
