Role Summary Senior Engineer plays a critical role in the daily operations, support, and enhancement of the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform. You have hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ across both implementation and managed services, supporting business-as-usual (BAU) operations while delivering enhancements that maximise the platform's capabilities. You will report to the Engagement Lead.

Responsibilities Collaborate with teams to Identify project requirements

Develop technical documentation for SailPoint IIQ implementations

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SailPoint IIQ

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards

Provide L2/L3 production support for SailPoint IdentityIQ environments.

Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, including P1/P2 issues, within agreed.

Support IAM operations, including provisioning, identity refreshes, aggregations, certifications, access requests, and application onboarding.

Participate in after-hours/on-Call Support and weekend support activities for a global customer environment.

Requirements 3+ years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and production support.

Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including installation, configuration, and administration.

Troubleshooting experience handling P1/P2 production incidents.

Work with XML, SPML, REST/SOAP Web Services, web servers, and application servers.

Proficiency in Java, BeanShell scripting, and PowerShell.

Experience developing custom API-based integrations.

Knowledge of SailPoint Rules, Custom Objects, Workflows, Forms, and Connector configurations.

Experience performing SailPoint IdentityIQ upgrades, patch installations, and production deployments.

Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.

We prefer SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer certification.
