HVAC System Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for HVAC system design, equipment selection, load calculations, duct and piping design, airflow analysis, and commissioning for commercial and industrial facilities
• Manage projects from concept design through construction support and commissioning for data centers, semiconductor fabs, hospitals, pharmaceutical plants, or large industrial facilities.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
• Support site activities including installation supervision, testing, and commissioning where required.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering ,Architectural Engineering, Energy Engineering Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Proficient in both English and Chinese
• Strong hands-on experience in on-site supervision of fire protection system installations.
• Familiar with Singapore HVAC requirements, codes, and authority inspection processes administered by Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF).
• Knowledge of HVAC system testing, commissioning, and authority inspection workflows is an advantage.
• Able to work independently onsite, and coordinate effectively with project teams, contractors, system vendors, and Clients.
• Willing to work in a site-based and shift-based environment, as required by the project ·Working Location : Woodlands
