Conduct data analysis to make business recommendations Gather, explore and clean data for analysis Share and publish data with visuals Optimize data analysis by building pipelines between data source and users Facilitate sessions to identify the pain points of processes Conduct sessions to brainstorm on solutions Coordinate with teams to implement the solutions Monitor progress of projects and communicate to stakeholders Document processes

Ability to build relationships and partnerships Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills Can plan, organize and prioritize work Grit to follow through on and see through completion of work Can explore and probe for understanding of processes Preferably proficient in Python, Excel VBA and database
