- Minimum 3 years production supervision experience in manufacturing environment
- Big scale manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience in solid wood production is an advantage
- Basic understanding of production planning and shopfloor management
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong execution and problem-solving ability
- Able to work under pressure and manage production targets
- Hands-on management style preferred
