MARKETING SPECIALIST

Contract-to-Hire

A Marketing Specialist at CTC is a versatile, hands-on marketer who brings design and copy craft to life across our brand's channels. You will design graphics across our marketing channels — from YouTube thumbnails and social posts to slide decks and beyond; write B2B copy that speaks to DTC ecommerce brands; execute the social content calendar across LinkedIn, YouTube, and X, adapting each piece to fit the platform; and stay ahead of market and design trends. You use AI tools to work efficiently across all of it. Your job is to take a brief and turn it into on-brand, finished work, quickly.

This role begins as a 3–6 month contract engagement, with the intention of converting to a full-time position based on performance and fit.
