Job Responsibilities:
- Technical Support Management:
- Undertake management of medium to large-scale integration projects for the company.
- Responsible for configuration, troubleshooting, and technical solutions related to routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and storage devices.
- End-to-End Project Management:
- Responsible for analyzing network requirements related to data center scenarios, feasibility studies, solution planning and design, project management and implementation, including equipment installation, network system integration, debugging, and acceptance.
- Other Project Management Tasks:
- Responsible for project initiation, progress planning, quality management, coordination, supervision, documentation, and project acceptance.
- Draft basic physical implementation design documents, such as rack layout, wiring diagrams, and label content.
Coordinate and manage the implementation team or partners to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project, provide regular updates to customers, and manage customer expectations.
- Promote overall project progress to ensure early delivery and acceptance.
- Handle exceptions during the project, risk control, customer complaint management, and quality management.
- Assist in the construction of the project management system, such as optimizing management processes and various templates.
- Operations Management: Responsible for timely response to network-related issues, continuous tracking and post-event analysis, and documentation and technical training related to network system maintenance.
- Team Management:
- Manage daily team activities and communication with parallel departments, such as marketing and sales.
- Track project progress with external service providers, ensure safety disclosures, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Daily communication and problem-solving with external service providers to ensure the security and high availability of customers' network infrastructure.
- Industry Technology Tracking: Actively explore the application of new industry technologies within the company, such as IB networks, GPU networks, and computing power network architecture design and deployment.
- Other Tasks: Undertake temporary or phased tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
- Associate degree or above in computer science, telecommunications, or related fields.
- Good English proficiency, capable of reading and writing.
- More than three years of work experience related to data center networks.
- Proficiency in the planning and design of medium to large-scale WANs, data center networks, and campus networks.
- Expertise in routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other related products.
- Possess certifications such as CCIE/HCIE/H3CIE/JNCIE or equivalent.
- Proactive, independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Capable of drafting documentation and skilled in knowledge sharing and skill transfer.
- Possess team spirit, resilience, strong learning ability, and adaptability to travel.
