ServiceNow AI Control Tower Consultant

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow AI Control Tower Consultant to support an urgent client engagement focused on establishing enterprise-wide AI governance and lifecycle management. This is a fully remote, W-2 contract opportunity open to candidates based in the United States. Interviews and submissions are being processed immediately.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Configure and implement AI Governance and Lifecycle Management capabilities within ServiceNow AI Control Tower.

• Support Risk, Compliance, and Security Management initiatives across the enterprise.

• Implement Discovery and Observability capabilities to provide visibility into AI assets and usage.

• Build governance frameworks, dashboards, and compliance playbooks tailored to enterprise requirements.

• Develop workflows and integrate ServiceNow with enterprise AI assets and platforms.

• Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver end-to-end AI governance solutions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong ServiceNow development and administration experience.

• Hands-on experience with AI Governance and AI Lifecycle Management within ServiceNow.

• Solid knowledge of Risk, Compliance, and Security Management principles and their implementation in ServiceNow.

• Proven experience building workflows, dashboards, and enterprise integrations on the ServiceNow platform.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a 100% remote environment from within the USA.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Rate: Up to $70/hour on W-2

• Employment Type: W-2 Contract

• Fully remote — no travel required
