Patient Family Educator

Assess patients’ educational needs and provide individualized patient and family education.

Deliver education sessions on disease management, medications, healthy lifestyles, and self-management skills.

Conduct group education sessions and health promotion programs for patients and families.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure effective patient education and continuity of care

Develop, maintain, and evaluate patient education materials and programs while supporting quality improvement initiatives.

Prepare daily and monthly education reports and contribute to the development of patient education resources.

Bachelor’s degree in nursing

2–3 years of experience as a Clinical Instructor.

Strong communication, presentation, and patient counseling skills.

Master’s degree in nursing is preferred.
