Production Engineer

Plan, monitor, and control production activities, including Prepress, Production, and Maintenance, to ensure sales requirements are achieved according to company standards. Plan and coordinate daily manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality products are produced and delivered on time. Develop process improvements to maximize the efficient utilization of equipment, materials, and production resources. Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives. Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. Analyze production performance and downtime, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Evaluate current production activities and recommend improvements to increase capacity, quality, and reliability. Implement cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards. Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities. Identify unsafe operations and practices and report them immediately to the Production Manager. Establish and promote safety procedures and environmental requirements for employees. Provide technical guidance and training to team members to achieve production objectives. Develop best practices to improve production efficiency and reliability. Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and TPM methodologies. Investigate production problems, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.

1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. -Science or Engineering Graduate -Strong technical and leadership skills. -Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking). -Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and TPM. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Excellent planning and organizational skills. -Strong attention to detail. -Good command of Microsoft Office. -Strong communication and teamwork skills. -Ability to work in shifts. -Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
