Responsibilities:

Produce and maintain the project cost plan from initial estimates through to the final account Prepare and agree monthly interim valuations with the client's representative; submit payment applications on schedule Prepare subcontract tender packages in coordination with the Commercial Manager; evaluate tenders and produce appointment recommendations Manage the bill of quantities; measure all variations against the agreed schedule of rates or fair market value Prepare and agree subcontractor interim payments every month Maintain the variation register; produce variation accounts for agreement with the client Produce cost-to-complete forecasts and cash flow projections for the Commercial Manager Manage and supervise the Site Quantity Surveyor Support the Commercial Manager in the final account process

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying; NIQS or RICS membership Minimum 10 years of quantity surveying experience with demonstrated experience on major residential or mixed-use construction projects in Nigeria
