Social media personnel

Responsibilities:

Manage and update the company’s social media platforms. Create and publish engaging content regularly. Take pictures and videos for social media posts. Develop captions, stories, reels, and other digital content. Respond to comments, messages, and customer enquiries professionally. Monitor social media engagement and audience growth. Develop creative ideas to improve the company’s online visibility. Track basic social media performance and prepare reports. Stay updated on relevant social media trends and opportunities. Assist with other marketing and administrative duties when required

Requirements:

Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation is an added advantage. Good knowledge of major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business. Must have good content creation and communication skills. Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is an added advantage. Must be creative, smart, organized, and detail-oriented. Ability to take quality pictures and videos for social media content. Good written and verbal communication skills. Must be willing to learn and keep up with current social media trends. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Close proximity to Waterlines / Rumukalabor Link Road is an added advantage.
