BIM Coordinator (Junior / Assistant)

Coordinate MEP models across multiple disciplines and project interfaces. Review models and drawings for clashes, inconsistencies, and coordination issues. Manage coordination drawings and ensure agreed solutions are incorporated into models. Work with engineers, modellers, contractors, and other disciplines to resolve conflicts. Review architectural and structural information to identify MEP coordination constraints. Coordinate plant rooms, congested areas, service routes, and critical interfaces. Monitor drawing and model updates to maintain consistency across project deliverables. Support BIM coordination meetings and track outstanding coordination matters. Assist with site verification and update models based on approved changes. Support the BIM team in maintaining project modelling standards and workflows. EA Licence: 16C7962
