KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 🏭 Troubleshoot machine and quality issues, identify root causes, and implement improvement measures to enhance production efficiency. 🔧 Analyse recurring equipment problems and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions. ⚙️ Support machine model changes, including equipment setup, machine checks, and quality confirmation after each changeover. 🛠️ Plan and carry out preventive maintenance for assigned production areas, while identifying opportunities to improve maintenance efficiency. 📋 Ensure production and maintenance activities comply with relevant standards, QA/QC requirements, specifications, and ISO procedures. JOB REQUIREMENTS 💻 Basic knowledge of CAD, SolidWorks, materials, and mechanical or pneumatic systems . 🧠 Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach to troubleshooting. 🤝 Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
