Business Process Engineer

• Define project scopes, clear deliverables, milestones, and realistic timelines for process optimization and business development initiatives.
• Map end-to-end workflows across key functions—such as inventory movement, retail fulfillment, customer service, and order processing—to eliminate redundancies.
• Partner directly with department leads—including Sales (E-commerce/Retail/B2B), Operations & Logistics, Accounting & Finance, and IT—to execute integrated solutions smoothly.
• Establish baseline metrics and tracking mechanisms (e.g., lead time reduction, order accuracy, process throughput, error rates) to measure solution success.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field. 2–5 years of hands-on experience in business process improvement, industrial engineering, or operational consulting. Ability to build strong relationships, navigate resistance to change, and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
