Educational Excellence: Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution. Proven Experience: Bring 3-5 years of hands-on experience in site engineering and construction management, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery in an experienced capacity. Technical Mastery: Demonstrate strong proficiency in Architectural Engineering , Site Engineering , and Architectural Design principles. Construction Acumen: Deep understanding and practical experience in Construction Management , Project Coordination , and Construction Documentation . Technical Proficiency: Skilled in interpreting Technical Drawings , specifying Material Specifications , and conducting basic Structural Analysis .
