Position:   Quality Control Inspector Reporting To: Head of Business Operations Salary Range: S$3,000 – S$3,650

Job Overview The QC Leader leads and coordinates supplier quality control activities to ensure products are inspected, tested, documented, and completed in line with required standards and delivery schedules. The role also coordinates inspection activities with suppliers, clients, and third parties and follows up on order completion to support on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities Provide technical training and guidance to suppliers on wiring, Ex-label printing, and applicable QC requirements. Conduct QC inspections at supplier facilities and verify workmanship and product quality against required specifications. Perform functional power-up, continuity, and other required electrical or functional tests. Maintain QC inspection equipment and ensure calibration status and records are current. Maintain Ex-label and QC records, take inspection photos, and prepare inspection reports for each order. Prepare supplier inspection forecasts, monitor on-time delivery (OTD), and coordinate suppliers to meet inspection and delivery deadlines. Coordinate online client inspections, third-party inspections, and site inspections when required, including regional travel. Follow up with suppliers on job completion and inspection readiness to support monthly delivery and revenue targets. Perform other ad-hoc quality control duties as required. Qualifications& Requirements Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Quality, or a related technical discipline, with at least 3 years of relevant QC or inspection experience. ·      Hands-on experience with electrical/functional testing, QC inspection equipment, and calibration control. ·      Able to understand technical requirements, maintain accurate inspection records, and prepare clear reports.
