Foreign Purchasing Specialist

Handle the foreign purchasing process from purchase orders to delivery.

Coordinate with international suppliers regarding orders, shipments, and documentation.

Follow up on import procedures and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Maintain supplier relationships and support cost-effective purchasing decisions.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or science.

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Foreign Purchasing within the pharmaceutical industry is Preferred .

Strong knowledge of import procedures, international suppliers, and supply chain operations.

Good negotiation and communication skills.

Good command of English.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
