Technical Trainee
Responsibilities:
Learning and Development:
Study programs: Complete assigned modules, safety guidelines, and technical theory. Shadowing: Observe expert technicians and senior engineers during fieldwork or plant operations. Skill building: Learn software tools, equipment maintenance standards, or programming languages.
Project Support and Operations:
Assisting teams: Help run day-to-day tasks in IT, engineering, or manufacturing departments. Data and reports: Record test metrics, compile logs, and draft technical summaries. Maintenance work: Inspect tools, perform basic calibrations, and report defects.
Problem Solving and Collaboration:
Troubleshooting: Assist in finding root causes for basic technical or system errors. Cross-department teamwork: Share notes and coordinate with different internal groups to reach goals.
Requirements:
HND (minimum) in a relevant engineering field: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Must have recently completed NYSC. No prior work experience necessary.
