This is an exciting opportunity to join the People Team at Aryza. The role will support the Head of People Services to provide an enhanced colleague experience at every touch point of the employee lifecycle.
The People Services team will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of an optimal shared service model to support the business in a commercial, value-add manner.
You will support the People Team to drive harmonisation across the company, acting as a central source of support to a growing Global business (circa 500 employees in Ireland, The UK, Germany, The Netherlands, Canada, Mauritius and Australia).
Your contribution
You will be responsible for a wide variety of deliverables:
Successful support of projects and change management
Effective support of company wide harmonisation plans including terms and conditions and policies/procedures
Metrics showing improved performance across people indicators
Optimisation of system, processes, polices and terms and conditions
Support the People Team to implement the People Plan
Support company-wide people projects to continuously optimise, digitise and harmonise the people offering and colleague experience across the business
Creation and manipulation of reports
Point of access for first line policy, recruitment, employee relations advice
Support colleague lifecycle activity – candidate experience, pre-screening, interview support, onboarding, query management, life events, health & wellbeing, offboarding, etc.
Develop in-depth knowledge of legal requirements and ensure risk and compliance are managed effectively
Support the team to drive the “one aryza” ethos
Support delivery of cyclical HR activities
Support leaders with the talent acquisition process
Support mergers and acquisitions projects
What makes you stand out
Ideally you will have experience in the following areas:
Strong employee engagement and SLA delivery
Background working in a shared people services team, preferably within an international growth business
Transformation and project support experience
English speaking
Working knowledge of UK / Ireland employment law
Excellent stakeholder communication & engagement skills
Working knowledge of people systems and data management including report creation / manipulation of data
Ability to continously prioritise tasks and manage competing demands
Attention to detail and delivery of high service standards
Highly collaborative
Willingness to travel internationally
Business / HR Degree or equivalent level of experience
Working towards / or willing to obtain HR qualification
